Santa’s Grotto Hire Kent

From busy town centres and shopping destinations to schools, business premises and local Christmas events, Kent gives organisers plenty of different settings for a festive attraction. Our Santa’s Grotto hire in Kent brings the grotto, Father Christmas, festive props, inflatables and photo features directly to suitable venues throughout the county.

We regularly travel to Maidstone, Dartford, Ashford, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Canterbury, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Sittingbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Gravesend, Margate, Dover, Folkestone and other Kent locations. The equipment you choose can be matched to the available space and the type of Christmas event you are organising.

Santa’s Grotto Hire in Maidstone, Tonbridge and West Kent

For schools, businesses and event organisers in Maidstone, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas, a dedicated grotto can provide the focal point for the Christmas programme.

The Inflatable Santa’s Grotto creates a purpose-built festive setting at a suitable venue without requiring organisers to construct their own temporary grotto. Where considerably more space is available, the Large Inflatable Santa’s Grotto provides another option from our Inflatable Christmas Grottos selection.

Indoor installations require sufficient clear floor space, ceiling height, suitable access and a 240V mains electricity supply. If you already have a venue in mind, measurements and access information are useful when discussing your booking.

Christmas Events in Dartford, Gravesend and North Kent

North Kent bookings can range from school Christmas events to corporate family days and larger public programmes. Rather than making every booking identical, you can select individual festive elements according to the event.

Our Christmas Packages provide a useful option when several items are required. These include the Silver Grotto Package and Gold Grotto Package. Alternatively, organisers can choose individual equipment from our wider Christmas Event Hire range.

This gives you the choice between a relatively simple Santa visit and a more extensive Christmas setup with several things for visitors to see and do.

Christmas Hire for Rochester, Chatham and the Medway Towns

A grotto does not have to do all the work by itself. If your venue has the room, separate festive features can help make better use of the event space.

The Mega Sleigh can provide a dedicated photography area away from the main grotto. You can also choose from our Christmas Photo Opportunities and Christmas Prop Hire ranges when creating additional festive areas.

For family-focused events, Christmas Snow Globe Hire provides another seasonal attraction that can form part of a wider Christmas programme.

Santa’s Grotto Hire in Canterbury, Ashford and East Kent

Schools and PTAs in Canterbury, Ashford and neighbouring areas can use our School Christmas Parties service for Christmas fairs, end-of-term events and visits from Father Christmas.

For suitable venues with sufficient room, the grotto can be accompanied by one of our Christmas Bouncy Castles. Options include the Christmas Bouncy Castle and Frozen Pastel Blue Bouncy Castle.

Outdoor inflatable bookings remain dependent on appropriate weather conditions. Inflatables cannot be used when winds or gusts exceed 24mph and require suitable flat, clear ground. An indoor hall can therefore be particularly useful for winter bookings, provided its dimensions are suitable for the equipment selected.

Christmas Events on the Kent Coast

Our Kent delivery area also extends to coastal locations including Margate, Dover and Folkestone. Christmas hire can be provided for suitable school venues, businesses and organised public events, with the booking built around the space and programme available.

If you are arranging an outdoor event near the coast, weather conditions are an important consideration where inflatable equipment is involved. Providing details of the proposed setup location when you enquire helps us understand the requirements before the event date.

Father Christmas Can Travel to Kent Too

Whether the grotto is in a school hall in Maidstone, a corporate venue in Dartford or part of a larger event elsewhere in Kent, there is one booking detail that is rather difficult to substitute.

Our Father Christmas Hire service provides a professional Santa who holds a DBS check. Santa can attend dedicated grotto sessions, school events, corporate family days, retail venues and public Christmas programmes.

His appearance can be arranged around the format of the event. Busy meet-and-greets may involve shorter interactions with individual families, while smaller sessions can allow more time with each visitor. Storytelling and interactive performances can also be arranged where agreed in advance.

Santa provides entertainment rather than childcare, and children remain under the supervision of parents, guardians or responsible event organisers.

Kent Christmas Hire for Businesses, Councils and Retail

Our services are not limited to children’s parties and school events. Businesses can use Corporate Christmas Events for staff celebrations, family days and customer-facing events.

Local authorities and event organisers can consider our Council Christmas Events options, while retail venues can use Shopping Centre Christmas Stands when planning a seasonal attraction for shoppers and families.

Larger bookings benefit from early consideration of access, unloading, power, visitor numbers and the position of each attraction within the venue.

Delivery Throughout Kent

Being relatively close to our Romford base makes Kent an important part of our Christmas delivery area. Our published example delivery charge for Kent is £50, while standard delivery is otherwise calculated at £1.50 per mile each way from Romford, Essex.

The actual delivery arrangements depend on the venue and booking. Parking for our van is required for the duration of the event and any parking costs are payable by the customer. Tolls and other applicable travel charges are additional.

Standard delivery assumes ground-floor, front-door access. Restricted vehicle access, stairs, long distances between the unloading point and setup area, or multi-day hire should be discussed beforehand. More information is available on our Delivery page.
