At Christmas Party Hire by Cottle’s Castles, we’re proud to offer our services anywhere in mainland UK. To make this possible, we apply a delivery charge to cover staff, fuel, and vehicle costs.

Our standard rate is £1.50 per mile each way, calculated from Romford, Essex. This ensures transparent and fair pricing for every booking.

Important Delivery Notes

• Standard hire: Delivery charges above are based on a typical 4-hour hire. Longer hires may incur a staff waiting fee.

• Multi-day hire: For 2 days or more, a return trip is required. In some cases, arranging overnight accommodation for staff may be cheaper – please contact us for a tailored quote.

• Parking: We require parking for our van for the duration of your event. Any parking costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Tolls & Congestion: If your event is in a toll or congestion zone, these charges will be added to your booking. Please let us know if your venue is within one.

• Access: Standard delivery costs cover ground-floor, front-door delivery. If your setup location is far from vehicle access or on upper floors, extra charges may apply – contact us to discuss.
