About the Grotto
The grotto features a snowy log cabin design with festive artwork of Santa and his reindeer on the outside. Inside, guests step into a cosy Christmas scene complete with a glowing fireplace, wrapped presents, and seasonal décor. This creates an enchanting space for families and children to enjoy while capturing perfect festive photos. Please note: Santa is not included in this hire but can be added with our Hire a Santa service.

Delivery Information
Delivery is charged at £1.50 per mile each way from Romford, Essex. Customers local to Romford can check delivery charges instantly by entering their postcode and booking online through our Christmas hire booking system. For extended hires, return trips and staff costs may apply.
